After increasing the number of stuff members in
the design and in the ship service department, Kraeft
Systemtechnik needed to move into larger offices and workshops
in the Offshore Industrial Park in the Riedemannstrasse.

In order to make use of synergies with other
enterprises, Kraeft Systemtechnik moves to the industrial park
of the Motorenwerke Bremerhaven AG in the Barkhausenstrasse 60
in Bremerhaven. It is now possible to easily access the
know-how of many other enterprises.

Kraeft GmbH Systemtechnik moves to its new
premises
in the Rudloffstrasse 68 in Bremerhaven. On a area of more
then 3500 squaremeters most pretentious solutions are disigned,
construed und produced.

Kraeft GmbH Systemtechnik takes over the
Maritime Engineering Department from HERION Systemtechnik
GmbH. The new company moves to
Bremerhaven.

Due to the withdrawal of ZF Friedrichshafen the
company is renamed into
HERION Systemtechnik GmbH.

The company is transformes into a Ltd. and
starts production in Bremen and Stuttgart.

The Maritime Engineering Department in Bremen

HERION Stuttgart and ZF Friedrichshafen found
the ZF HERION Systemtechnik as a bureau of engineers, working
in the field of press, handling and maritime techniques. |
